The back of the card reads: "The idea 'forest bathing' emerged in Japan in the 1980s as a practice called shirin-yoku 'forest bathing' or 'taking in the forest atmosphere'. It is to inspire people to reconnect with nature and protect the forests. It is as simple as walking in natural environments and consciously connecting with what's around you." 

Measures 3 1/8” wide x 4 1/8” tall, blank-inside. Riso-printed with soy based inks, on FSC certified paper in the UK. Comes with a gray envelope.
