HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

If you’re shooting for delivery by the 25th in the USA, here are our recommended deadlines for placing your order...
Friday, Dec 16th: USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground
Monday, Dec 19th: UPS Three-Day Select
Tuesday, Dec 20th: USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air
Wednesday, Dec 21st: UPS Next Day
Thursday, Dec 22nd: USPS Express Mail

International Orders:
We can’t guarantee your order will arrive in time for the 25th, but if you choose USPS Priority Mail it should get there faster than First Class (although again, not necessarily by the 25th). We recommend placing your order before Wednesday, December 7th.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada as well as select foreign countries. Foreign customers may have to pay importing duties on their purchases.

If your country is not available or you have a special shipping request (like expedited shipping), please email us at info at littleotsu dot com with your request and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.

SHIPPING CHARGES & OPTIONS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and the location of your shipping destination plus a small handling fee (approximately $1 for domestic/$2 for international). Sometimes we are able to save you money on shipping (specifically if your order consists of 5 or more single cards/postcards). In those cases, we will refund you the savings.

You can see your shipping options by adding items to your cart and then starting the checkout process by entering your billing and shipping addresses. Continue to the next page and you will be able to see shipping costs before having to enter any payment information. All orders ship from Portland, Oregon 1-3 days after they are placed.
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, the entire order will ship approximately on the date listed on the pre-order item's page.

You will have a choice of services when you check out. These are the estimated delivery times for the shipping options offered:

Domestic (contiguous 48 states)

Priority Express Mail: estimated 1 day everywhere in the U.S.
Priority Mail: estimated 2-3 days everywhere in the U.S.
1st Class (under 13 oz): 2-9 days depending on your proximity to Portland, Oregon
USPS does not guarantee these delivery times, they are just an estimate

UPS: 1-5 business days depending on your proximity to Portland, Oregon and choice of service (cannot ship to PO Boxes)

International

Express Mail: 3-5 business days (but things can get held up by customs which we have no control over)
Global Priority Mail: 6-10 business days (but things can get held up by customs which we have no control over)
First Class International: varies (depends on the country and customs, usually 1-2 weeks)
USPS does not guarantee these delivery times, they are just an estimate

USPS 1st Class shipments will not be insured unless you pay for it separately; USPS Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance; and UPS shipments will automatically be insured up to $100. Domestic packages will have delivery confirmation included. Please contact us if you did not receive your confirmation number. For international orders, the USPS does not provide real tracking. We are usually able to send you confirmation that your package is in the postal system, but no further details. If you need to have tracking on your package, please contact us for UPS rates.

We are not responsible for your package once it has been safely delivered to a carrier. We are also not responsible if you did not provide us with an accurate address. If you live in a building/complex, please make sure to include your apartment/unit number. If you are shipping to a place of business, please be sure to include the name of the business and complete address (e.g., suite/floor/building number). If a package is unclaimed or undeliverable and gets returned to us, you will be charged the original shipping & handling as well as any additionally incurred shipping costs due to the return. If your order needs special shipping or handling instructions, please let us know at the time you place your order by emailing us at info at littleotsu dot com with your order number.

PAYMENTS
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Diners Club. Checkout is secure and we never see your credit card information besides your card type and last 4 digits. Please double check that your billing address (the address on file with your credit card company) is correctly entered--otherwise your payment may not go through.

GIFTS
Please let us know if your order is a gift and if you would like a note included or any other special handling by including a note with your order or emailing us at info at littleotsu dot com with your order number.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund as long as the item is in its original packaging, shows no signs of wear, and is in sellable condition. If it doesn’t look like something you would buy new, chances are we can’t accept it. Please follow the instructions below (also printed on your receipt) for obtaining a return authorization number.

There are no returns on sale items, calendars, or dated planners.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be your responsibility except when the return is required due to an error on our part.

Please e-mail us at returns at littleotsu dot com to request a return authorization number. Please include your name, phone number, order number, reason for return, and desired action in the e-mail.

All return requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon receipt of goods. All returns must arrive at our address in Portland, Oregon within 10 working days from the date you receive the return authorization number. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
