The Pentel Sign Pen is a classic since 1963 and now Craft Design Technology has put their own spin on it. The capped hexagonal shape remains the same, but they have made the barrel a traditional Japanese color of Byakuroku (a fresh, whitish green) accented by a matte silver logo. The brush tip is moderately flexible so that it keeps its shape, but allows variation in line width depending on the pressure used allowing you to create tapered edges and curves. The colors in this set of 10 are black, red, blue, green, brown, orange, gray, pink, violet, and yellow ochre.
Measures 5 1/4" long x 0.5" wide. Water-based ink in the color of the base. Plastic barrel with a built-in clip on a removable cap. Line width varies from approximately 0.5-1mm. Set of 10 pens in a plastic zip pouch. Made in Japan.
