Each weekday has a whole page that's broken down into a timed schedule (6am-8pm), task check-off list, dot grid notes section, and mini reference calendars for the current and next month. Weekend days share a page and there are also monthly spreads with holidays at the start of each month. There are also reference calendars for 2022 and 2023, and conversion charts for common conversions.
